Telecomm Account Executive

Franklin Wireless (www.franklinwireless.com) is looking to fill several Account Executive Positions in our San Diego Headquarters for a specific set of Telecommunication carriers in either North or Latin America

The AE will be responsible for

Identifying and acting upon opportunities to up sell additional products and/or services to new and existing clients. Ability to anticipate customers’ needs and match them with appropriate products and services

Servicing customers before, during, and after sale; including but not limited to: answering questions, making follow-up calls, etc.

Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients

Highly organized and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to accurately forecast sales and push for results.

Candidate must have a demonstrable ability to make professional presentations to customers and prospects with the skill to communicate complex technical issues in simple terms.

Have an understanding of the wireless technology concepts, including LTE, HSPA, UMTS, GSM and CDMA

Have a proven history of excellent customer service values and commitment.

You will responsible for searching and identifying those companies who will be able to utilize our technology in the wireless sector (B2B, M2M) of the economy.

You will also be responsible to provide support (account related and some technical) to our customer base.

Skill set – Experience / understanding of the wireless industry is highly desired, but will consider those in a related field (customer service, sales support, media sales, etc.)

Strong written and verbal communication skills are required in addition to being fluent in Microsoft Office.   Adaptability, problem solving personality, troubleshooting skills and self motivation are required to work effectively under pressure and with teams throughout organization.

Light to medium travel (including some over night) will be required to attend conventions and support the company’s Sales goals.

Minimum AS/AA or Technical Certification in related discipline strongly desired (sales, advertising or marketing)
