Sales Representative  

Franklin Wireless ( is looking to fill several Sales Positions in our San Diego Headquarters for a specific set of Telecommunication carriers in either North or Latin America.

Our Sales Representatives will be expected to build rapport with existing client base to stay up to date on our company’s products and solutions so as to recognize potential opportunities. The process requires prospecting; need discovery, proposal generation, solution presentation, and closing skills. You will be trained on the products and services you are selling and provided with tremendous technical support.

Besides our carrier business, we are looking to move in to the M2m and B2B areas and so you will responsible for searching for and identifying those companies who will be able to utilize our technology.

You will also be responsible to provide non technical support to the customers, maintain update information on our customers such as provide feedback to us on our products performance, competition, etc., to ensure customer satisfaction.

Light to medium travel (including some over night) will be required to attend conventions and support the company’s Sales goals.


Skill set – besides the usual issue of good written and verbal communication skills (For Latin America sales you must be bi- lingual). Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially power point.

2 or more years of experience telecommunications industry desired but will consider those in a related field (customer service, sales support, media sales, etc.)

Excellent skills in adaptability, applied learning, collaboration, delivering customer service, formal presentations, high impact communication, initiating action, problem solving and troubleshooting, quality orientation, reasoning, self-organizing, and written communication, in order to work effectively with teams throughout organization.


  • AS/AA or Technical Certification in related discipline strongly desired (sales, advertising or marketing)
