(“Brightpoint”) has entered into an agreement with Franklin Wireless Corporation (“Franklin Wireless”) to provide customized logistic services. Pursuant to the agreement, Brightpoint will provide a variety of integrated logistic services for Franklin Wireless’ Dual Mode CDMA/WiMAX product, including receiving, warehousing, fulfillment, programming, order management and limited distribution to Franklin Wireless customers throughout the United States.
